HACCP
HACCP is a food safety management tool that focuses on preventing biological, chemical and physical hazards from reaching the consumer.
Reinspections
Facilities not granted certification on the first inspection may request a reinspection. Additional fees will be assessed to cover the costs of the reinspection, but not to exceed the initial fee. The reinspection fee will be determined by the detail level and time resources necessary to reinspect the facility. However, the minimum reinspection fee is $1,000.
